Herbal Remedy for Acne

Acne starts when the pores in the skin get clogged with oil and that leads to the generation the dead skin cells. Every pore of the skin is connected to a sebaceous gland that produces a substance known as sebum. When there is production of the extra sebum then it can plug up pores and cause the growth of the bacteria known as P. acnes or Propionibacterium.

The white blood cells in your body attack the P. acnes that can lead to the inflammation of the skin and acne production onto the skin. Some cases of acne are worse than the others but some of the common symptoms includes pimples, whiteheads and blackheads.

There are many other factors that can lead to the production and development of acne; some other factors are; genetics, diet, hormonal changes, stress and infections.

Apple Cider Vinegar

It is prepared by fermenting the apple cider vinegar or the unfiltered juice from the pressed apples.

Just like other vinegars it can also fight different types of viruses and bacteria.

Mix 1 part of apple cider vinegar with 3 parts of water (If you have sensitive skin then you can add some more water).

After cleansing you can gently apply the mixture to the skin with a cotton ball.

Let the mixture sit on your skin for 5-20 mins and rinse with water when it is dry.

You need to repeat this process twice daily.

Make a honey and cinnamon mask

They are both excellent sources of antioxidants and are considered effective for reducing acne from the skin.

Honey and cinnamon have the capability to fight inflammation and fight bacteria, which are the two main factors that lead to the formation of acne.

To 1 spoon of cinnamon add 2 tbsps. of honey and form of fine paste.

After you completely cleanse your face apply the paste onto your face and let it sit for 15 minutes. Rinse the mask of directly.

Apply Green Tea to your skin

Green tea is a store of anti-oxidants that promotes good health. If you apply green tea on your skin or any Product that has green tea extracts, then it will promote great skin and applying it 2-3 times in a day will help in reducing the sebum production and fight acne.

Moisturize with the help of Aloe Vera

You can add aloe vera to creams, lotions, creams, appointments and soaps then it can help treat burns, skin conditions and rashes. It can also help in healing the wounds, treating burns and fighting inflammation. Take out the gel from the aloe vera plant with the help of a spoon. No, apply this gel to clean skin as a moisturizer. Do this 1-2 times in a day for best and quick results.

Exercise daily

Daily exercising promotes healthy blood circulation. The increase in the blood flow helps in nourishing the skin as it will help in preventing and healing acne.

Garlic

Treat your infections and ability of your body to fight infections and germs. Eating garlic as an ingredient in your food or directly would help in fighting the infections of the body.
